At Royal Outlet we strive to deliver your order quickly and efficiently. We work with various courier companies to ensure that your order arrives on time and in perfect condition.
Shipping:

Fast Processing:
Orders placed before 4pm are shipped the same day, provided courier companies honour their commitments. In most cases, your order will arrive within 1 working day, although there may occasionally be a slight delay.

Track & Trace:
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking code so you can track your package.

Shipping Companies:
We work with trusted services such as Correos, DHL, SEUR, UPS and GLS to ensure that your order arrives as quickly as possible.

Delivery times:
If you have not received your order within 5 business days, please contact us to check the status of your shipment.

Product Availability:
If the product you ordered is not in stock, we will send you an email with the estimated delivery time. At that time, you can decide whether you prefer to wait or cancel the order.
Returns:
Return costs are the responsibility of the customer. Royal Outlet does not provide return labels, so you are responsible for sending the package back.-
14 Day Return Policy:
You have 14 days to return your order, provided that the product has not been used and is in its original packaging.

Please contact our customer service at info@royaloutlet.es to inform us of the return. You will then need to send the product back to our address.

Refund:
Once we receive and verify the returned product, we will proceed to issue the refund within 7 business days.
