3. Offers and Prices

  • All offers on the website are non-binding and subject to product availability. Royal Outlet reserves the right to modify prices and withdraw offers.
  • Prices indicated on the website include VAT but exclude shipping costs. Shipping costs will be clearly displayed when you pay for your order.

4. Orders

  • After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email with all the details of your order. This confirmation means that we have received your order, but it does not imply that we automatically accept it. Royal Outlet reserves the right to refuse orders.
  • If a product is not available, we will contact you. You will have the option to wait until the product is available again or cancel the order and receive a refund of the amount paid.

5. Payments

Payment can be made through the payment methods offered on the website. We accept payments by credit card, PayPal and bank transfer. Your order will be processed once we receive payment.


6. Shipping and Delivery

  • Royal Outlet strives to ship your order as quickly as possible. Orders placed before 4pm are generally shipped the same day, subject to product availability and the performance of delivery services.
  • Estimated delivery time is indicated at checkout, but Royal Outlet is not responsible for delays caused by delivery services.
  • The customer will receive a tracking code as soon as the order has been shipped, with which they can track the shipment.

7. Return Policy

  • You have the right to return your purchase within 14 days of receiving the product, provided that the product is unused and in its original packaging. Return costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Please always contact us at info@royaloutlet.es to initiate the return process. The customer is responsible for returning the product to our warehouse.
  • Once the return is received and reviewed, you will receive a refund of the amount paid within 7 business days.

8. Warranty

  • We offer a warranty on our products in accordance with legal regulations. This warranty covers manufacturing defects and problems that are identified within the warranty period.
  • Please note: The warranty does not cover products that have been used or damaged due to incorrect use, improper maintenance or external factors. The warranty applies exclusively to defects that have occurred during normal use of the product.

Royal Outlet is not liable for damages resulting from incorrect use of the products or incorrect information on the website. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the product in question.
